Plywoods The strength of the plywood is primarily determined by the amount of veneer used. More the veneers used, the better the strength. But the final finish and its quality can be varied. Some contain knots and others will have attractive grains. Type of veneers & glue is the deciding factor for the stability of the sheet. We use top quality veneers to produce one of the finest plywoods, which are first choice for an array of customer base. Our plywoods are reliable and has a considerable strength to overcome climatic changes and rough conditions.
Plywoods
MDF/HDF MDF or Medium Density Fibreboard is a reconstituted wood panel product. Manufactured from wood fibers, it's a dry-processed fibreboard. Standard MDF is generally used for the manufacturing of interior furnitures. MDF offers good durability and has a great finishing.

DHF or High Density Fibreboard is much denser and stronger comparing to MDF. The qualitative aspect of HDF is that it gives a smooth and uniform surface when it is used. Made from fine wood fibers, HDF board is a wood fiber board.

WPC WPC or Wood Plastic Composite is a smooth surface board which can cater to many uses. Starting from making furniture, kitchen cabinets to kitchen shutters, WPC covers a lot of applications. Also known as Construction Board, these boards are being used for making temporary shelters for construction site pavilions/shelters, government housing projects, low cost housing projects and other road and building projects. WPC boards come with beautiful and technical harden surface properties and can be applied directly.

Finger Joint Boards Walnut finger joint is a woodworking joint which is manufactured by cutting a set of cuts in two pieces and then attached together by glue. What sets Walnut finger joints apart is that, after the process, it still keeps the aesthetics of the product. Walnut Finger Joints are used for fixing chairs, tables, doors, Door Stile, molding, Handrail etc. It is also commonly used for timber roof, floor boards and door construction.

Flexi Ply As the name suggests, Flexi ply is a form of plywood which is extremely flexible. Flexi ply is made by using thin layers of plies. It's composed and is generally used for application involving bends and curves at various levels. Commonly used for furniture are Shopfitting applications, Flexi ply is cheaper and easy to handle.

Particle Board Particleboard is manufactured by hot compression of wood particles, mixed with a binding agent and forming the mixture into a sheet. The physical user properties of particleboard primarily depend on density, shape and size of wood particles and also the volume and quality of the binding agent. The main advantages of Particle boards are low cost, ready-made furniture, pre-laminated features and light-weight. It's easy to handle and can be used for furniture applications.
